Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of www.kingstonhale.com (the “Site”) and all purchases made through it from Kingston Hale, 521 30th Ave N, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577, USA (“Kingston Hale”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility and orders

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to place an order. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm shipment of your order by email. We may refuse or cancel orders, for example in case of obvious pricing errors or suspected fraud; any payment already taken will be refunded in full.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is charged when you place your order. Automatic bundle savings (10% off 2 items, 15% off 3 items, 20% off 4 or more items) are applied at checkout and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.

3. Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Shipping with UPS is free. Orders are prepared in our US warehouse within 2–4 business days and delivered within a further 2–4 business days. Delivery times are estimates; see our Shipping & Delivery page for details. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

4. Returns and refunds

You may return eligible items within 90 days of delivery as described in our Returns & Exchanges policy.

5. Product information

We make every effort to display colors, materials and measurements accurately. Slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings and natural materials.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site – including text, images, videos, logos and design – belongs to Kingston Hale or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kingston Hale is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time of your order applies.
