Yes. Every payment is processed through Shopify's PCI DSS–compliant checkout with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never see or store your full card details, and your card issuer's fraud protection applies to every purchase.

Yes – as long as your order has not left our warehouse. Email contact@kingstonhale.com with your order number as soon as possible and we will update or cancel it for you. Once an order has shipped, you can simply return it within 90 days.

No. You can check out as a guest. An account is optional and lets you see your order history and save your address for next time.

Every order is prepared in our US warehouse within 2–4 business days and then shipped with UPS. Delivery takes another 2–4 business days – about 4–8 business days in total.

Shipping is free on every order within the United States – no minimum order value.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including APO/FPO addresses where UPS service is available.

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse you receive an email with your UPS tracking number. You can follow your delivery on ups.com or in the UPS app. Can't find the email? Check your spam folder or write to contact@kingstonhale.com.

You have 90 days from delivery to return unworn items in their original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping is paid by the customer – in special cases, such as a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, we cover it in full.

Email contact@kingstonhale.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We send you a printable UPS return label, usually within a few hours. Pack the items securely, attach the label and drop the parcel off at any UPS location.

Of course. The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order for the size or color you need – your new piece ships right away and does not have to wait for the return.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse and has been checked, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days to appear on your statement.

Click “Find my size” next to the size options on any product page. Enter your height and weight, answer two or three quick questions and our size assistant recommends your size in seconds. You can also open our detailed Size Guide.

Most of our pieces follow standard US sizing. Coats and outerwear are cut with room for a sweater underneath; knitwear and some cardigans have a relaxed fit. Fit notes in the product description and customer reviews tell you if a style runs small or large.

Choose the larger size for a relaxed fit or if you plan to layer, and the smaller size for a closer fit. The size assistant also tells you which way to go when you are between sizes.

Yes. Bundle savings are calculated on top of the current prices, including the Fall/Winter 2026 offers. You will see the final price in your bag before you check out.

Always follow the care label. As a rule: hand wash or dry clean wool and cashmere and dry them flat, store knitwear folded rather than on a hanger, let leather and suede air-dry away from direct heat and refresh suede with a soft brush.
